I have sorted out the new article function for the site. It largely uses the same system and tags as the rest of the site but allows me to add larger articles and more informal content.

Currently working at
Fluid Creative Media and it is going really well. The people are lovely and the work s steady and so far manageable.
In my first month I have tampered with google maps functions and started extending a CMS for an important client which I hope all goes well. The new year will bring more challenges but I feel I can handle them now.

The site has recently had an overhaul, every now and then I completely redo the site so it is easier to update and then in half a year go through the whole process again.
This time I have used more javascript and the GD for php. I have removed some 'pop-ups' to put them elsewhere and mostly redone the admin side. This is all the things you don't get to see but I have updated some of the layout of text input and used ajax to update the visual side for checking what things look like before saving.
Working on:
- Extending the functionality of the text editor, still using text boxes but probably will for some time.
- Adding php function and javascript to output. Currently php doesn't work as it should and javascript is not supported. Might look at inline support for javascript and some way of removing javascript functions.
- Thinking about creating a new image function to place header images in the sun, but have iron out functional bugs first.
- Finally need to add file and image management to the admin section.

This site was created as a group project and uses SQL stored templates and content information for all the pages which are then put together using php and xml/xsl this means that pages are easily unpalatable and created. I worked largely on the flash content for the right hand side bar.

This is the site I created for the trip that me and some friends made from the summer of 2008. We traveled over land to India and this site was set up as a blogging site to document our travels.
It worked really well, most of the time but I did enjoy the challenge of problem solving solutions while in Mongolia and China etc. It lacks a lot of features for the user that I didn`t have time to implement as I stubbornly wanted to create it without outside code and the files were deleted from the previous web server so I only had the database to reload it from, therefore most of the pictures are no longer there.
