We've crossed in to Pakistan without any trouble just a long succession of rickshaws, autorickshaws, walking and buses.

People in Pakistan have so far been very friendly, from Asif, a random guy travelling from the border to Lahore, who accompanied us until we were on the right bus in Lahore to reach our hostel, to a dad on a motorbike with two young girls who helped us get veggie food (not easy) from a nearby street cafe (and then brought his two little girls to shake our hands and practice a little English on us), to the waiter at the cafe who taught us some Urdu every time he came to see if we wanted more food.

We're pretty tired now, but tomorrow we'll try to post some photos and write an update of our cultured weekend visiting the Taj Mahal and the Golden Temple.
